Job description

Mastech Digital provides digital and mainstream technology staff as well as Digital Transformation Services for all American Corporations. We are currently seeking a Radiant Logic Consultant for our client in the Professional Services domain. We value our professionals, providing comprehensive benefits and the opportunity for growth. This is a Contract position, and the client is looking for someone to start immediately.

Duration: 2+ Months Contract

Location: Remote (Tampa, FL)

Salary: $90.00/Hourly

Role: Radiant Logic Consultant

Primary Skills: Security Analysis

Role Description: The Radiant Logic Consultant must have 6+ years of experience. For this role, you must be a Hands-on Radiant Logic Engineer, to deploy and reconfigure an existing Radiant One environment (no net-new design). The platform serves two purposes:

• Data Sync — ingest identities from 3 HR systems and push to down streams (e.g., Active Directory) via LDAP for IGA consumption.

• Virtual Directory — expose virtualized directory views (Radiant One VDS/FID) that unify and transform identity data.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deploy, reconfigure, and validate Radiant One components (FID/VDS, HDAP, Global Identity/correlation, caching, clusters).

- Build/modify pipelines to aggregate HR data (API/SCIM/REST/JDBC/CSV), perform matching/merging, and provision to AD (LDAP).

- Configure virtual directory views: schema mappings, joins, filters, attribute transforms, and role-based views.

- Tune performance (indexes, caching), ensure HA/DR, implement monitoring, alerting, and logging.

- Secure integrations (TLS/mTLS, certs, ACLs, auditing) and align with IGA/SSO platforms.

- Create runbooks, migration plans, cutover/backout steps, and knowledge transfer.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree Preferred

- Radiant Logic (Radiant One) hands-on with data synchronization to AD and virtual directory implementations.

- Strong LDAP/AD expertise; experience with HR data sources and identity correlation/deduplication.

- Proficiency in Java and Python for extensions, data transforms, and automation.

- Familiarity with SCIM/REST, JDBC, and directory/integration patterns; CI/CD and scripting for repeatable deployments.

- Troubleshooting complex identity data flows; performance tuning and certificate/key management.

Education: Bachelor’s degree

Experience: Minimum 6+ years of experience
