Job Summary:
SGA Lists is looking for reliable and hardworking dishwashers to join our team. As a dishwasher, you will be responsible for ensuring all kitchenware, glassware, and utensils are cleaned, sanitized, and ready for use by kitchen and bar staff. Your role will be crucial in supporting the kitchen and front-of-house operations, helping maintain cleanliness and order in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, and cooking equipment in a timely manner.
  • Sort and organize dishes, glasses, and utensils, ensuring they are stored in designated areas.
  • Maintain a clean and organized dishwashing area, free of clutter and debris.
  • Assist with cleaning kitchen and food preparation areas, including countertops, floors, and sinks.
  • Help restock kitchenware and equipment as needed throughout the event.
  • Ensure that all dishwashing equipment is in good working condition and report any maintenance issues promptly.
  • Assist kitchen staff with any additional tasks as needed during the event, including emptying trash, sweeping, and mopping.
  • Follow health, safety, and sanitation standards and regulations.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and work well with fellow team members to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications:
  • Previous dishwashing experience preferred, but not required.
  • Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be able to lift heavy items, stand for long periods, and handle repetitive tasks.
