Job Summary
EMCOR Government Services (EGS) is seeking a Quality Control Manager (QCM) to provide Facilities Operations Maintenance and support Services to a Government Agency in Research Triangle Park, NC. The Quality Control Manager (QCM) will provide the necessary labor, materials, and equipment in support of the performance of Quality Control (QC) on all work, in accordance with the Contract. The Quality Control Manager (QCM) will ensure that performance objectives and standards identified in this Contract are met.
This contract has a continuing requirement for comprehensive facilities operations, maintenance, and support services to sustain mission-critical research, laboratory, office, data center, and childcare facilities across the EPA RTP campus. The requirement encompasses 24/7 operations and maintenance of complex building systems; preventive and corrective maintenance; alterations and repairs of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and control systems; facility help desk operations; environmental compliance; safety and security systems support; and on-demand construction and repair services necessary to ensure uninterrupted facility performance and regulatory compliance across a multi-building, high-security federal research environment.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Ensure that performance objectives and standards identified in this Contract are met.
  • Establish and maintain a complete site- specific Quality Control Program (QCP) that is acceptable to the COR and CO to ensure the requirements of the Contract are provided.
  • Identify deficiencies in the quality of services performed throughout the Contractor's performance of this PWS and implement corrective action before the level of performance becomes unsatisfactory.

Qualifications
  • A minimum of ten (10) years of experience in quality control reviewing plans and specifications for Task Orders, planned by planning and estimating staff, and performing a final review of the work performed to ensure quality of final product, code compliance, work plan specifications compliance, plus five (5) years of Project Management experience.
