We are currently seeking an Electro-Optical Technician/RF Test Technician for our client in the Manufacturing domain. Duration: 12 Months Contract (possible extension or chances of full-time)

Salary: $25.00/Hourly

Role: Electro-Optical Technician/RF Test Technician

Primary Skills: RF Testing

Role Description: The Electro-Optical Technician/RF Test Technician must have 2-3 years of experience. We are looking for an experienced RF Test Technician to work in a lab environment testing RF connectors and components. This role involves hands-on RF testing, setting up test equipment, running electrical, mechanical, and environmental tests, and preparing test reports.

You will work closely with Engineering, Quality, and Manufacturing teams.

Education:

- Associateโ€™s degree in Electronics or equivalent military technical training

- 3+ yearsโ€™ relevant hands-on experience.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 2โ€“3+ years of experience as an RF Test Technician

- Strong understanding of RF fundamentals and coaxial transmission

- Hands-on experience with:

โ€ขVector Network Analyzer (VNA)

โ€ขSpectrum Analyzer

โ€ขSignal Generators and Amplifiers

- Knowledge of impedance, insertion loss, return loss, and time-domain testing

- Experience building and troubleshooting test setups

- Ability to read and follow engineering drawings (SCDs)

- Basic understanding of mechanical and environmental testing

- Good documentation skills

- Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word

- Strong communication skills

Education: Associates Degree

Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience

Relocation: This position will not cover relocation expenses
