Customer Service Representative Location: Tualatin, OR | Type: Full-Time | Base Salary: $45,000 - $60,000/year About the Role We are seeking an enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the go-to resource for our industrial customers—processing orders, quoting prices, and collaborating with our outside sales team to deliver top-tier MROP product solutions. Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, services, stock availability, and shipping.
  • Process phone orders, quote prices, and input sales data accurately.
  • Fill orders to exact customer specifications.
  • Source products and provide direct support to the outside sales team. Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Prior inside sales/customer service experience required (3+ years in metalworking or industrial supply is highly preferred).
  • Strong data entry, organization, and multi-tasking skills.
  • Experience with Profit 21 is a plus.
  • Regular in-person attendance is required. Work Environment
  • Schedule: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
