Summary of Position:
The Sales Administrator provides administrative and operational support to the sales team to ensure the smooth execution of sales processes and excellent customer service. This role involves managing sales documentation, tracking orders, coordinating with internal departments, and assisting with reporting and data entry to help achieve company sales goals.
Responsibilities:
  • Support the sales team with administrative tasks, including preparing quotes, proposals, and sales orders.
  • Works efficiently to complete daily, weekly, and monthly administrative tasks.
  • Process sales orders accurately and ensure timely entry into the system.
  • Maintain and update customer records, sales reports, and databases.
  • Will become the specialist in Lead Generation and sales software programs that will support the efforts of Sales and Design teams.
  • Familiarize yourself with current information about services and products available to customers.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence related to sales inquiries, and assist customers that come into the business.
  • Manage Inventory and pricing updates in collaboration with the sales, warehouse, and marketing teams.
  • Support sales meetings by preparing agendas, materials, and follow-up actions.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Education and/or Experience:
2+ years of experience in sales support, administrative, or customer service role or equivalent experience.
