Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Quoting Administrator to prepare and process quotes for new sales orders. This role focuses on entering and managing data in spreadsheets and systems, following established pricing tools, and ensuring quotes are accurate and completed on time.
The ideal candidate is comfortable working in Excel, has strong attention to detail, and can follow defined processes.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Build customer quotes for new sales using established pricing tools and templates
  • Enter pricing, product details, and job information into Excel spreadsheets and quoting systems
  • Prepare, update, and send customer contracts using standard templates and approved changes
  • Prepare and format finalized quote documents using standard templates
  • Maintain and update pricing data, cost sheets, and product information
  • Track quote status and ensure timely completion
  • Communicate with internal teams to obtain required information for quotes
  • Update quotes based on revisions or changes
  • Maintain organized records of quotes and related documentation
  • Follow established quoting procedures and guidelines
