Job description

The Oracle Fusion Quote-to-Cash Operations Analyst will be responsible for configuring, validating, and testing pricing, quoting, and subscription setups across Oracle Pricing, CPQ, and Subscription Management as part of our transition from Oracle EBS to Oracle Fusion. Working closely with Oracle Consulting Services (OCS), HID Businesses, IT, Finance, and Sales Operations, this role ensures that designed solutions function correctly and meet business requirements in real-world scenarios. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, experienced in Oracle pricing and CPQ environments, and highly skilled in system testing, data validation, and issue resolution.
This contract role is focused on hands-on execution, with an emphasis on rapid onboarding, independent delivery, and supporting key phases of system implementation and testing. The role is not responsible for solution architecture design but will partner with Oracle Consulting Services and internal stakeholders to confirm that critical pricing, CPQ, subscription, and quote-to-cash scenarios are represented in the solution design and validated through testing.

Essential Duties

•           Partner with Oracle Consulting Services (OCS) and HID business stakeholders to confirm critical pricing, CPQ, subscription, and quote-to-cash scenarios are documented, addressed in the solution design, and validated through testing.
•           Configure and maintain pricing setups in Oracle Fusion Pricing (price lists, strategies, discounts, agreements, rate plans) and validate pricing behavior through scenario-based testing
•           Execute and validate CPQ quote scenarios (including bundles, configurations, and subscriptions) to ensure accurate pricing, correct rule application, and alignment with business requirements
•           Validate end-to-end Quote-to-Cash pricing consistency across CPQ, Order Management, Subscription Management, and Revenue Management (RMCS).
•           Identify and analyze pricing discrepancies, determine root cause (configuration, data, or integration), and partner with IT and OCS to resolve issues
•           Run reports and perform data validation to reconcile pricing outputs and ensure accuracy across systems
•           Support validation of subscription setups and pricing structures migrated from Oracle EBS to Oracle Fusion
•           Support SIT and UAT testing cycles

Primary Duties

•           Work closely with Oracle Consulting Services (OCS) to interpret solution designs, clarify scenario intent, and translate design decisions into executable configuration and validation activities.
•           Execute configurations and validations aligned to OCS-designed architecture
•           Develop and execute detailed, scenario-based test cases (including edge cases) to validate pricing logic and quoting behavior
•           Validate pricing consistency across CPQ, Pricing, Order Management, and Subscription systems
•           Validate alignment between item setups and CPQ-driven bundles
•           Partner with IT and Finance to validate subscription structures, pricing setup, and alignment with downstream billing and revenue processes
•           Partner with QA to produce test results, defect logs, and validation summaries, and to prioritize related next-step actions.
•           Provide actionable feedback based on testing results to improve pricing logic, configuration accuracy, and quote usability
•           Document workflows, develop training content, and support rollout of new processes and ways of working

Essential Qualifications

•           Hands-on experience with Oracle CPQ and Oracle Fusion Pricing or EBS Advanced Pricing
•           Strong experience configuring systems and executing testing
•           Experience designing scenario-based SIT/UAT test cases for pricing, CPQ, subscription, or quote-to-cash processes.
•           Understanding of pricing, bundling, subscriptions, and quote-to-order processes
•           Experience supporting ERP implementations or migrations
•           Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
•           Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with IT, HID Businesses, Finance, and external consultants (OCS)
•           Experience supporting and defining data governance standards

Preferred Qualifications

•           Hands-on understanding of item and product setups for bundled offerings, including how item relationships and configuration models drive static (BOM-based) and dynamic (CPQ-based) bundles and impact pricing and quoting behavior
•           Experience with Oracle Subscription Management
•           Exposure to Revenue Management (RMCS) or revenue recognition concepts (SSP)
•           Experience with subscription or hybrid business models
•           Experience with Salesforce.com and customer master data
•           Familiarity with Oracle Analytics Cloud or reporting tools
•           Experience in manufacturing or channel pricing environments
•           Experience working within implementations led by system integrators
•           Exposure to Oracle Channel Management capabilities, including rebates, promotions, or channel incentive programs.
