Performance Marketing Manager

As a Performance Marketing Manager at RVO Health, you'll be at the forefront of a mission-driven team, owning the high-impact strategy to ensure we hit our goals for Quit For Life, a behavior change tobacco cessation program. In this role, you are the bridge between the new members enrolling in the program and our business and financial goals. You'll have the autonomy to test, iterate, and scale your campaigns within a role that requires a blend of data proficiency and marketing expertise to drive product adoption and business growth. You won't just be managing channels; you will collaborate with cross-functional leaders to identify white space for revenue and pioneer new ways to tell our story in a regulated, fast-paced environment. We are looking for a marketing trailblazer with a passion for testing new channels, segmenting and analyzing results to drive increased enrollments in a regulated industry. This role combines a creative spirit with a keen eye for detail, process, and analytics to translate data-driven insights into tangible marketing strategies for the business and our clients.

To prioritize togetherness, culture, and accountability, RVO Health operates on an in-office work schedule. We expect employees to work from our Minneapolis office Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday each week. You are welcome to work remotely Mondays and Fridays if you wish.

What You'll Do
  • Marketing Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive product-specific marketing strategies to drive growth and engagement through strategic briefs, presentations, and plans for end-to-end campaign execution, readout, and collaboration with partners.
  • Campaign Management: Own multi-channel, top and mid-funnel enrollment-driving marketing campaigns while maintaining brand standards, ensuring compliance with regulations, and managing the approval process for all marketing materials.
  • Budget Management and Projection: Own and share campaign results, aligning pacing and actuals to projections, tracking opportunities and misses to ensure business alignment and growth.
  • Support Sales Functions: Develop sales materials such as pitch decks and one-pagers for Client Service Managers to convey value propositions and sell marketing services to clients.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Influence creative, research, analysis, and project management teams to ensure the campaign vision aligns with the strategic approach.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with stakeholders across RVO Health and state Department of Health organizations to align on member marketing strategy, goals, materials and audience approaches.
  • Content Development: Create diverse marketing materials, including emails, toolkits, websites, presentations, and digital content tailored for top and mid-funnel audiences.
  • Data-Driven Performance Marketing: Utilize data, insights and tools to research, develop, execute, measure and report on campaign performance, applying key learnings to inform future planning
What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of experience in consumer B2B2C or D2C marketing, specifically must have extensive experience marketing analytics and comfortable being hands-on with data.
  • Expertise in A/B testing: strategizing a testing plan, building the test, deploying, analyzing results, determining statistical significance, understanding the why of the results, and then critical thinking to understand what is the next best action based on the results and what to test next.
  • Strong experience in data/analytics, ie Microsoft Excel, Looker, Google Analytics and leveraging data for testing and segmentation
  • Ability to manage many projects and deliverables simultaneously, as the accountable enrollment strategy owner
  • Expertise with top-of and mid-funnel marketing in out-of-home and digital marketing channels
  • Ability to work in a highly matrixed organization for cross-functional collaboration: Partner with creative, product, and client management teams to ensure alignment and support business objectives.
  • Strong understanding of the health marketing/advertising landscape or or another highly regulated industry such as government organizations and contracts
