Travel Physical Therapist Opportunity in Aberdeen, WA

Looking for a change of scenery and a chance to help others? Join a traveling Physical Therapist role in Aberdeen, WA, providing home health services where you will help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing life in a new location.

Minimum Requirements
  • Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
  • Active Washington State PT license is required to start the assignment.
  • CPR certification required.
  • Home health experience required. Experience conducting SOC, evaluations, ROC, recertifications, and subsequent visits.
  • Experience with HCHB EMR preferred.
  • Ability to cover patients within a 50 mile radius from base location.
  • Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
Assignment Details
  • Facility Type: Home Health.
  • Shift: Days.
  • Shift Hours: 08:00 - 16:00 (days).
  • Schedule: 5x8, 40 hours per week guaranteed.
  • On-call/Weekend Requirement: No.
  • Mileage reimbursed between patient visits from first patient to last patient.
  • Primary responsibilities: SOC, evaluations, return-of-care visits, recertifications, and subsequent visits.
  • Dress code: Business casual.
  • May be required to float within the local coverage area as needed.
