What You'll Do

As a Welder/Fitter, you will fit and weld metal components according to engineered drawings and customer specifications while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
  • Fit and weld metal components.
  • Perform MIG, TIG, Stick, and other welding processes as required.
  • Inspect completed welds to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
  • Measure and verify dimensions for proper fit and alignment.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to meet production schedules.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Welder/Fitter in a manufacturing or fabrication environment.
  • Strong blueprint reading and interpretation skills.
  • Experience with MIG, TIG, Stick, or other welding processes.
  • Knowledge of fabrication tools and measuring instruments.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Reliable attendance and a positive work ethic.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and kneel throughout the workday.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds without assistance.
