WRAP OPERATORS APPLY HERE! Potential for all expenses paid training in France!

Summary/Objective
This position is responsible for packaging the product. This includes general packaging, stacking, lifting and restocking of material into equipment. This position follows standard work methods and practices safe work habits to ensure production is as efficient and safe as possible.

Essential Functions

โ€ข Wrap operator will be responsible for adhering to pace of setting brie bites into the flow wrap machine for packaging
โ€ข Removal of brie bites from racking and placing onto unit
โ€ข Set up and operation of wrap machine
โ€ข Cleaning of wrap machine when production is completed for the day
โ€ข Follow SOP and SSOP practices when operating and cleaning of machine
โ€ข Spot-check and remove product and packaging that does not meet our quality specifications;
โ€ข Maintaining the workflow of a group of 3 or more people;
โ€ข Stack product on pallets verifying correct pattern;
โ€ข Assembles boxes for hand packing product;
โ€ข Operate metal detection and x-ray equipment as directed by HACCP protocol;
โ€ข Help and assist coworkers when the line is down;
โ€ข Visual inspections of codes, seals, packaging during production. Alerts operator of nonconformance and makes corrections;
โ€ข Completes all paperwork required;
โ€ข Actively participates in continuous improvement process;
โ€ข Be at your workstation at your required time.
