Established in 1963, Clysar is a privately held company. Clysar manufactures high quality shrink films for a variety of flexible packaging applications. The current product line includes a complete portfolio of distinctively different and innovative films. Clysar is 100% made in the USA with all manufacturing in Clinton, Iowa.

What Will You Do?

  • Work as a team to safely and efficiently package finished material rolls for shipment to customers.
  • Monitor rolls for quality.
  • Band and stretch wrap pallets for shipment.
  • Learn to operate powered industrial equipment.
  • Learn how to assist other operators in cutting cores.

What Will Your Work Schedule Be?

  • Full-Time, rotating shifts and weekends


Requirements

What are the Job Requirements?

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Have excellent attention to detail.
  • Must pass a physical, background check and drug screen prior to start.
  • Expected to routinely lift 40 lbs or more and be able to lift, bend, crawl, walk and stand for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with other employees both verbally and in writing.
  • Required to adhere to all company policies.
  • Prior experience in a factory or assembly setting is preferred, but not required.
