Job description

We are looking to hire an Office Manager to join us! You will be responsible for overseeing the administrative activities of the organization and some Quickbooks entry/reconciliation work for clients on a monthly basis.

Responsibilities:

  • Tax data entry for federal and state income tax return filings
  • Manage billing, contacts and general information for small CPA firm
  • Plan and maintain work facilities and outstanding client balances
  • Provide administrative assistance to owner and other employee
  • Perform other office tasks (replenish office supplies, distribute mail, custodial duties, etc.)
  • Schedule personal appointments for business owner

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience with individual federal and state tax returns
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
  • Familiar with Quickbooks software
  • Provide assistance with owner in regards to personal issues

Overtime and Saturdays required during tax season
