Job description

Job Description We are seeking a skilled Application Integration Developer to design, build, and maintain secure, scalable data integrations across our core enterprise ecosystem. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams and technical architects to optimize data flows across HR, Finance, IT Service Management, and cloud business platforms, leveraging modern APIs, cloud services, and workflow automation tools to drive operational efficiency. Responsibilities Architect, develop, test, and support robust end-to-end integrations across enterprise SaaS applications (including Workday, ERP, and ITSM platforms) utilizing REST/SOAP APIs, web services, and industry-standard data formats.

Build and maintain workflow automations, event-driven pipelines, and low-code solutions using platforms such as Microsoft Power Platform, Azure Integration Services, and related middleware tools. Translate complex business requirements into technical interface specifications, data mapping documents, system diagrams, and operational runbooks. Monitor integration performance, perform root-cause analysis (RCA) on interface errors or data discrepancies, and implement proactive enhancements to ensure high availability and data integrity.

Participate in all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), including code reviews, agile sprint planning, security reviews, and deployment procedures. Qualifications 5+ years of enterprise application integration experience, including 3+ years specifically developing Workday integrations using Studio, Orchestrate, and Workday Web Services. Demonstrated proficiency with REST APIs, SOAP services, XML/JSON formats, Azure DevOps, and relational database/SQL environments.

Hands-on experience building solutions with low-code and automation tools (e.g., Power Automate, Power Apps, Azure Functions, or Quickbase) alongside core financial and business platforms. Proven ability to analyze end-to-end data dependencies, implement data governance and security best practices, and work effectively in an Agile/Scrum team environment. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or an equivalent combination of education and hands-on experience.
