  • Decommission unused or obsolete pipelines.
  • Implement monitoring standards to prevent automation sprawl going forward.

Application & Data Structure Optimization

  • Review relational structures across three Quickbase applications.

  • Monitor system health and proactively address inefficiencies.
  • Support compliance and audit readiness within a healthcare environment.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of dedicated Quickbase development experience.
  • Demonstrated experience auditing and optimizing automation-heavy environments.
  • Strong expertise in:
    • Quickbase Pipelines (design, troubleshooting, performance tuning)
    • Relational database modeling within Quickbase
    • Complex formula logic
    • REST API fundamentals and JSON handling
  • Proven ability to simplify and rationalize existing systems.
  • Experience supporting production operational systems.
  • Ability to work onsite in Addison, TX (5 days per week).

Preferred Experience

  • Experience in healthcare or compliance-driven industries.
  • Experience reducing automation sprawl or technical debt.
  • Familiarity with monitoring and performance optimization strategies.
