Job description

Primary Responsibilities will include the following:
Oversee all aspects of Quick Lane department
Monitor sales, gross profit, and expenses on a daily basis
Work closely with other department managers
Handle any customer concerns that need management involvement
Maintain a positive working relationship with manufacturer representatives
Keep open repairs orders current
Hire, train, motivate, council, and monitor the performance of all service
department staff
Maintain training and certification requirements per manufacturer and dealer
standards
Demonstrate behaviors consistent with the companys Vision, Mission, and Values in
all interactions with customers, co-workers and suppliers
Adhere to all company policies, procedures and safety standards
Prolonged periods of computer usage and data entry
Any other duties assigned by management necessary to fulfill the companys needs

Job Requirements
Two or more years in automotive industry required; Dealership experience preferred
Management experience a plus
Must be at least 18 years of age or older
Legally eligible to work in the United States
Valid driver's license
Successfully pass drug screen, background and motor vehicle records check
