Job description

The Inventory & Fulfillment Specialist is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory levels across the in-house
inventory tracking spreadsheet, Next1 , and Apex inventory systems. This role includes monitoring the Apex
order queue and communicating with the Manager of Fulfillment & Inventory, as well as the sales team, when
inventory levels do not align with requested Apex order quantities. This position also supports the fulfillment team as
needed by batching and manifesting orders in METRC, as well as verifying that fulfilled orders are accurate,
complete, and prepared for courier service pickup.

DUTIES AND
RESPONSIBILITIES

Monitor Apex order queue for new incoming orders
Audit and maintain packaging, labeling and other fulfillment-related item inventories
Maintain cleanliness of inventory room and ensure locations of all batches are accurately reflected on
inventory tracking sheets
Work with Manager of Fulfillment and Inventory to audit inventory levels and ensure accuracy between
sales platform and inventory tracking sheets
Create picklists and pull product for fulfillment team to later manifest
Create packages and manifests in METRC and help to ensure accuracy of orders aligns with Apex orders
Check and verify fulfilled orders are accurate and ready for pickup
Adjust METRC and Apex inventory levels as needed

WORKING
CONDITIONS

Mixed office/production floor environment Must wear required PPE, including mask, hairnet and lab coat when on
production floor. May occasionally require lifting of up to 25 lbs.

systems implementation

1 Year METRC experience with knowledge of package and item creation, package adjustments, including
waste and processing loss.
Intermediate MS Word and Google sheets skills

2 Years METRC Administration with knowledge of package and item creation, package adjustments,
including waste and processing loss. Experienced with conducting inventory audits and using report
generation functions
Intermediate-Advanced MS excel, MS Word and Google Sheet skills
Strong interpersonal communication skills.

MINIMUM EDUCATION
REQUIREMENTS
HS Diploma with 1 year of related industry experience

Some college experience
2+ years Industry experience

REQUIRED
SKILLS

Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong understanding of the State's cannabis regulatory compliance requirements, particularly in labeling
requirements and METRC seed to sale tracking

Capabilities with computer systems, software and hardware common to manufacturing facilities
Possess a valid and current MED Badge
Excellent attention to detail
Sound organizational skills
Ability to conduct oneself in a professional and ethical manner
Critical time management
Ability to identify and effectively prioritize actions and requirements.

Manual dexterity sufficient to reach/handle items, work with fingers, type.
