We are looking for a Support Tech - Site Generalist to join our growing team in Burlingame, CA!
Location: Burlingame, CA (100% on-site)
This role is responsible for:
  • Supporting Events.
  • Manage event setup and teardown, including electrical and connectivity logistics, check-in/out tables, booking venues, planning signage
  • Supporting event attendees with technical help and troubleshooting, guidance through the event, queue management, campus direction
  • Coordinating logistics with vendors (catering/prizes/swag/decorations/site prep)
  • Pre/post-event marketing on fliers, Workplace Groups, forums, and more.Attendee communications, including scheduling, confirmation, follow-up
  • Device preparation (sanitation, flashing, app installation, charging), distribution, tracking
