Their role is crucial in maintaining order and improving overall service experience.

How does a queue coordinator typically collaborate with other departments to manage workload and priorities?

A Queue Coordinator frequently works with multiple departments, such as customer service, technical support, and operations, to ensure tasks are assigned and completed efficiently. Paid Media Coordinator

KURV

Encino, CA โ€ข Hybrid

$44K - $61K/yr

Full-time

Posted 25 days ago

Job description

This is a hybrid role, onsite in our Encino office 4 days/week. You must currently live in the Greater Los Angeles area โ€” we're not able to consider remote candidates or candidates requiring relocation for this position.

Description

Kurv helps small and mid-sized businesses get approved for payment processing, including high-risk merchant accounts most providers turn away. PaymentCloud operates as a sibling brand under the Kurv umbrella. Our marketing team drives paid acquisition across both brands through paid search, paid social, and an affiliate program.

The Paid Media Coordinator owns the daily execution that keeps this engine running โ€” from affiliate partner operations to email campaign execution to the reporting that keeps everyone honest about performance. You'll work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager, our paid social/search agency partner, and our affiliate partners, making sure nothing falls through the cracks day-to-day so the team can stay focused on strategy and growth.

Key Responsibilities

Affiliate Program Operations

  • Own day-to-day communication with affiliate partners via Slack and email, and coordinate/attend bi-weekly partner meetings
  • Monitor lead quality 2โ€“3x per week across affiliate sources to keep CAC on target, flagging issues to your manager as they arise
  • Reconcile affiliate reporting spend, lead volume, and quality trends by partner and establish/maintain reporting structures as new partners come on
  • Troubleshoot partner issues as they come up
  • Support new partner onboarding (contract paperwork, setup) and initial vetting of prospective partners alongside your manager
  • Communicate affiliate pay structure changes to Finance and Data teams
  • Maintain the Affiliate Cheat Sheet partner-facing program documentation in Canva
  • Represent Kurv at the ASW affiliate conference alongside your manager

Campaign Execution & Agency Support

  • Execute paid social campaigns across Meta and LinkedIn as needed, coordinating tactics with our agency partner
  • Write creative briefs and coordinate assets with brand, design, and video teams
  • Execute approved paid boosts on organic social content and track and report on paid boost KPIs quarterly
  • Provide landing pages and performance reporting to our agency partner as needed to support their campaign work
  • Build and execute lead generation email campaigns to support top of funnel

Data & Reporting

  • Pull regular lead status reports by lead source to identify quality issues
  • Maintain the MQL, SQL, Submission, Approval, CPA funnel view
  • Assist in building and maintaining recurring reporting at the weekly, monthly, and executive level
  • Maintain naming conventions and tagging consistency across all paid channels
  • Provide accurate monthly billing amounts for affiliate payments
  • Maintain a competitor matrix tracking where competitors show up across the web

Systems, Lead Routing & Project Management

  • Coordinate with Operations to set up new lead sources in internal systems
  • Work closely with our Growth Marketing Strategist to assist with tracking and testing implementation
  • QA test new landing pages and lead sources before launch, confirming correct routing and source tagging
  • Own the team's Monday.com board โ€” task queue, statuses, blockers, and deadlines
  • Manage campaign execution timelines from creative brief through launch

Stakeholder Communication

  • Serve as a regular point of contact with inside sales leadership on lead quality and routing
  • Join monthly meetings with inside sales teams alongside your manager to discuss lead sources and quality

Who Thrives in This Role

This is a high-trust, high-visibility seat โ€” you'll be in constant communication with the Digital Marketing Manager โ€” not just checking in on a schedule. You'll do well here if you:

  • Communicate early and often โ€” you flag a problem before it becomes a fire drill, not after
  • Bring real energy to the work โ€” you ask questions, push back when something doesn't add up, and want to understand the "why," not just execute the "what"
  • Take ownership like the affiliate program and reporting are yours, not a checklist someone hands you
  • Genuinely enjoy close, daily collaboration with a manager โ€” this isn't a role where you disappear into your queue

What You'll Bring

Required

  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, marketing operations, or a similar coordination-heavy role
  • Comfort working across multiple tools simultaneously โ€” CRM (we use Zoho), ad platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn), spreadsheets, Slack, and project management software (Monday.com)
  • Strong attention to detail, especially around data accuracy and QA โ€” you'll be the last check before new lead sources go live
  • Clear, professional written communication for regular partner- and sales-facing conversations
  • Ability to manage a high volume of recurring, cross-functional tasks without losing track of details
  • Comfortable working with numbers โ€” pulling reports, checking reconciliations, spotting quality trends

Nice to Have

  • Prior exposure to affiliate marketing or partner management
  • Familiarity with paid social or paid search platforms in a hands-on or coordination capacity
  • Experience working alongside an external marketing agency
