Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) — One-to-One Home Care 

Location: Kent Island, Grasonville, Stevensville (Queen Anne’s County) 

Interim HealthCare of Annapolis is hiring experienced Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for one-to-one home care. Enjoy top pay, consistent shifts, and a customized schedule while making a meaningful impact in your community.

Home Care CNA Role: Key Responsibilities 

As a Home Care CNA, you will support Instrumental and Activities of Daily Living:

  • Personal Care Support: Help clients with their morning or evening routines, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Meals & Nutrition: Help with eating and meal prep. 

  • Companionship: Engage clients and provide compassionate redirection to clients with dementia. 

  • Mobility: Assist clients with getting in and out of bed, moving safely around the house, and doing simple stretches or exercises. 

  • Team Communication: Partner with our nursing team to follow a care plan and communicate updates in clients’ needs. 

Must-Have Qualifications 

Requirements for this CNA opportunity include: 

  • Active CNA license in Maryland 

  • Current CPR and BLS certification 

  • Valid Maryland driver’s license, auto insurance, and transportation 

  • Compassionate, clear communicator
