Professionals in mental health roles often encounter emotionally demanding situations, such as supporting clients through crises or managing heavy caseloads. Maintaining personal well-being and setting healthy boundaries are essential to prevent burnout and compassion fatigue. Regular supervision, peer support, and ongoing professional development can help manage these challenges. Additionally, many teams foster a collaborative environment, allowing members to debrief and share strategies, which enhances resilience and job satisfaction.
