Job Summary:
Veracity Software Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Senior Qualtrics Analyst to support advanced survey analytics and system integrations using the Qualtrics XM platform. The role involves collaborating with business stakeholders and data teams to deliver dashboards, reports, and survey solutions that enhance business decision-making.
Responsibilities:
• Design, configure, and maintain Qualtrics dashboards for real-time KPI monitoring
• Create filters, segments, and calculated fields for advanced insights
• Automate scheduled report delivery to stakeholders
• Export and blend Qualtrics data with Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio
• Manage and maintain XM Directory, including list hygiene, deduplication, and CRM/CDP integrations
• Validate vendor-produced dashboards and reports for accuracy and business alignment
