Qualtrics Developer w/ Tableau
-looking for a Qualtrics developer who has experience with Tableau
-they would be designing, developing, and managing surveys, workflows, and data collection processes on the Qualtrics platform and would need to be proficient in creating insightful, interactive dashboards in Tableau
Location: They are looking for someone in the Ft. Myers, FL area that would work remotely but be able to come into the Estero offices when needed
6 month contract
Key Responsibilities:
  • Qualtrics Development:
    • Design, implement, and maintain surveys using Qualtrics.
    • Work with cross-functional teams to develop automated workflows and integrate Qualtrics with internal systems.
    • Implement logic and advanced survey features (e.g., quotas, custom reporting).
    • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to survey design and data collection processes.
  • Tableau Dashboard Development:
    • Create interactive Tableau dashboards that visualize complex survey data and other organizational data sources.
    • Collaborate with business teams to define KPIs and report requirements.
    • Maintain and update Tableau dashboards as needed to reflect evolving business needs.
    • Optimize dashboard performance for quick, real-time access to key metrics.
  • Data Management:
    • Manage and clean Qualtrics data to ensure accuracy and reliability.
    • Ensure data from Qualtrics is integrated seamlessly into Tableau for reporting purposes.
    • Handle data validation, reconciliation, and integration with other internal platforms.
  • Collaboration & Communication:
    • Work closely with business analysts, data scientists, and other stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into effective dashboard solutions.
    • Provide technical support and training to internal users on both Qualtrics and Tableau tools.
Required Qualifications:
  • Experience:
    • 2+ years of experience in developing surveys, dashboards, and reports in Qualtrics and Tableau.
    • Strong proficiency in Tableau Dashboard development, including advanced features like calculated fields, data blending, and user-level security.
    • Hands-on experience with Qualtrics API, integrating data from Qualtrics into external systems (e.g., Tableau, databases).
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in SQL and other data query languages to extract and manipulate data.
    • Strong experience with data visualization best practices in Tableau.
    • Knowledge of scripting languages like JavaScript and HTML for enhancing Qualtrics surveys and reports.
    • Experience with Qualtrics XM Platform and features such as Survey Flow, Piped Text, Custom Scoring, etc.
  • Problem-Solving & Analytical Skills:
    • Ability to analyze complex datasets and provide meaningful insights through Tableau visualizations.
    • Strong troubleshooting skills to diagnose issues in both Qualtrics surveys and Tableau dashboards.
  • Communication:
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with advanced Qualtrics features like Text iQ, Analytics iQ, or Actions.
  • Experience in data warehousing, ETL processes, and large dataset management.
  • Tableau Certification (Desktop or Server) or similar qualifications.
  • Experience working in an Agile development environment.
