Job description

We are seeking a Qualtrics Digital Implementation Specialist to join our team and support a leading global enterprise technology client. In this role, you will implement, configure, and optimize Qualtrics solutions that power enterprise Customer Experience (CX) programs.
The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience with Qualtrics, a solid understanding of Customer Experience (CX) and Voice of Customer (VoC) programs, and enjoys working with both technical and business stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions.
Responsibilities
  • Configure, implement, and optimize Qualtrics Digital Experience (DX) solutions.
  • Deploy and manage website intercepts, digital feedback programs, and customer experience initiatives.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable Qualtrics solutions.
  • Perform QA testing, troubleshoot implementation issues, and ensure platform reliability.
  • Collaborate with consultants, developers, and client stakeholders.
  • Manage multiple implementation projects and timelines.
  • Maintain implementation documentation and best practices.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3-5 years of hands-on Qualtrics implementation experience.
  • Strong understanding of Customer Experience (CX) and Voice of Customer (VoC) programs.
  • Experience with Qualtrics Digital, Website/App Feedback, or XM Platform.
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Experience working in a consulting, agency, or enterprise environment is preferred.
