Job Summary

The HR Systems Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day administration, configuration, maintenance, and support of the organizationโ€™s HR technology platforms. This role serves as a system administrator for Dayforce HCM, Axonify, Qualtrics, and other current or future HR systems. The position manages user access, data quality, reporting, testing, documentation, and end-user support to ensure each platform is reliable, accessible, and aligned with business needs. The administrator partners with employees, HR, Talent Development, vendors, and business stakeholders to resolve issues, implement approved changes, and continuously improve HR technology processes.

Duties & Accountabilities

  • Administer the day-to-day operation of Dayforce HCM, Axonify, Qualtrics, and other current or future HR systems.
  • Maintain system configurations, organizational structures, workflows, business rules, reference data, notifications, and other approved settings.
  • Manage user accounts, security roles, permissions, and access requests in accordance with established security and data privacy standards.
  • Serve as the primary administrator for Axonify, including user provisioning, audience assignments, learning path and course administration, training assignments, completion tracking/certifications, and learning reports.
  • Partner with Talent Development and content owners to publish, test, maintain, archive, and troubleshoot learning content within Axonify.
  • Administer Qualtrics employee engagement functionality, including user access, permissions, employee data files, project support, survey distributions, dashboards, reporting access, and established engagement program processes.
  • Support Dayforce administration across assigned modules by maintaining configurations, processing approved changes, monitoring system functionality, and resolving user or data issues.
  • Create, maintain, schedule, and distribute standard and ad hoc reports, queries, dashboards, and data extracts across HR systems.
  • Perform routine audits, and data validation to maintain accurate, complete, and consistent information across systems.
  • Provide first-line system support, troubleshoot access and functionality issues, document resolutions, and escalate complex matters to internal or vendor resources.
  • Maintain system documentation, configuration records, procedures, job aids, training materials, data mappings, and change logs.
  • Support the implementation and ongoing administration of additional HR technology platforms as the organizationโ€™s systems portfolio evolves.
  • Identify opportunities to improve system usability, data quality, automation, reporting, and administrator or end-user processes

Education & Qualifications

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field; equivalent relevant experience may be considered.
  • Typically requires 0โ€“2 years of experience administering or supporting HR systems, learning systems, employee engagement platforms, or comparable business applications
  • Experience administering an HCM, LMS, employee engagement platform, survey platform, or other HR technology strongly preferred
