Job description

Quality Technician
The Quality Technician performs dimensional and visual inspection of parts, assemblies, or final product. Conducts final inspection of completed product. Utilizes precision measuring devices and electronic equipment to ensure compliance of parts and product with established specifications. Maintains record of inspections and prepares lists of defects.
Responsibilities:
* Perform line clearance and first article inspection (dimensional and visual)
* Conduct in-process visual and dimensional checks during extrusion ran
* Perform final inspection (dimensional and visual)
* Perform functional and mechanical testing as required by customer
Required Skills & Experience:
* Previous experience working in a similar manufacturing environment
* Quality experience
* Must be able to work Monday to Friday 6am to 2:30pm or 2pm to 10:30pm
* Ability to read and interpret customer drawings and specification sheets
Preferred Skills & Experience:
* Medical Device manufacturing experience is preferred
