We are looking for a Quality Manager to join our team. The Quality Manager role would include:
Quality Systems Management
  • LMA (lead, manage, hold accountable)
  • Responsible for Quality System with internal focus
  • Act as Quality Representative
  • Coach and Manage Internal Audit Team
  • Coordinate external Audits
  • Measure and report on Quality System performance
  • Manage CAR system with root cause and prevention focus
  • Respond to customer requirements
Customer Quality
  • Process RMAs (inspect, disposition, update, escalate)
  • Manage Corrective Actions, 8D’s
  • Monitor and report Customer KPI’s (PPM, OTD, etc.)
  • Manage Customer Portals
  • Manage PPAP submission
Internal Quality
  • Teach and implement QMS at all levels
  • Manage Gage Calibration Program
  • Lead and participate in internal corrective actions
  • Coordinate and Conduct workstation audits
  • Monitor and update NCR’s
  • Drive process control programs (SPC monitoring and measuring)
  • Teach and conduct root cause analysis
Supplier Quality
  • Manage supplier quality
  • Support supplier corrective actions
  • Conduct root cause analysis
  • Visit suppliers as needed
  • Support new supplier approval
  • Manage incoming inspection
