Summary:
The Performance Excellence Lead (PEL) supports Memorial Healthcare System by rapidly deploying high-impact teams to execute transformative and operational priorities that deliver measurable financial results, scalable solutions, and sustainable organizational value. This role leverages adaptive, data-driven methodologies—including process improvement and project management—to identify opportunities, lead performance-based initiatives, provide continuous improvement training and coaching, and advise senior leaders on prioritization of enterprise improvement efforts. The PEL partners with executive leadership, division leaders, and frontline teams lead large-scale initiatives, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and establish governance, accountability, and standardized practices that translate strategy into measurable outcomes across the organization.Responsibilities:
