  • Lead and facilitate cross-functional problem solving, using quality tools and corrective action processes to improve product and process performance.
  • Monitor quality trends and key performance indicators (KPIs), developing meaningful reporting that helps teams take proactive action and drive continuous improvement.
  • Support customer protection efforts by coordinating containment activities and implementing effective solutions for high-risk quality concerns.
  • Contribute to internal audits, product audits, and quality initiatives, helping maintain compliance and strengthen quality systems across the business.

  • Working knowledge of PPAP, FMEA, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, GD&T, capability analysis, corrective action methodologies, and design for manufacturability principles.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Visio, and Word.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and drive effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Professional certifications such as ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE), Supplier Quality Engineer (CSQE), or similar credentials are a plus.
What You'll Get from Us
  • We promote from within and support your learning with mentoring, training, and access to global opportunities.
  • You’ll have flexibility, autonomy, and support to do your best work while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Your well-being matters to us.
  • We strive to create an inclusive work environment where people of all backgrounds are respected, and valued for who they are.
