Position Summary

The Quality Control Supervisor is responsible for ensuring all cleaning and maintenance services meet company quality standards and client specifications. This role conducts routine inspections, supervises staff performance, provides training, implements corrective actions, and promotes continuous improvement across all assigned facilities.

Key ResponsibilitiesQuality Assurance & Inspections
  • Conduct regular site inspections to verify compliance with company standards, client specifications, and safety requirements.
  • Identify quality deficiencies and implement corrective action plans to improve service performance.
  • Document inspection findings and maintain detailed quality control reports.
  • Monitor staff performance and provide coaching to ensure consistent service delivery.
  • Follow up on client concerns and verify resolution of service issues.
Staff Supervision & Training
  • Supervise janitorial staff and specialty crews to ensure quality expectations are met.
  • Train new and existing employees on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, equipment operation, and quality standards.
  • Conduct ongoing performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
  • Reinforce company policies, procedures, and chain-of-command expectations.
  • Assist team members with daily operational tasks as needed to maintain service excellence.
Compliance & Safety
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and all applicable local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Train employees on proper chemical handling, dilution procedures, and workplace safety practices.
  • Monitor the use of cleaning equipment and supplies to ensure safe and effective operation.
  • Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Operations Support
  • Coordinate with operations management to address staffing, scheduling, and service quality concerns.

QualificationsEducation & Experience
  • Minimum 2 years of janitorial or facility services experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of supervisory, quality control, or inspection experience.
  • Experience conducting quality audits, inspections, and performance evaluations preferred.
Language Skills
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to prepare reports, inspection documentation, and business correspondence.
