NOW HIRING: Quality Manager | Racine, WI

We're working with a well-established manufacturer in the Racine, WI area that is looking to add an experienced Quality Manager to their team.

This is a leadership role for someone with a strong quality background who can oversee a quality department, drive continuous improvement, and serve as the face of quality with customers.


Requirements

→ Minimum 5 years of quality experience

→ Strong ISO 9001 knowledge and internal auditing experience
→ Experience interfacing directly with customers on quality matters
→ Supervisory experience managing a quality team
→ Degree from an accredited institution required
→ Plastics manufacturing experience a plus


This is a salaried exempt position with a strong benefits package including profit sharing.
