Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Technician become a part of our team! Leverage your laboratory experience to support quality assurance, product testing, audits, and process improvement initiatives. Food industry

Job Type: Full time temp-to-hire

Pay: $19-$20 /HR DOE

Schedule: 7:30 am - 4:00 pm

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform quality control testing, product sampling, and line monitoring
  • Conduct laboratory testing and equipment calibration
  • Execute internal quality audits and evaluations
  • Assist with implementing and improving QC operating procedures
  • Perform Brix testing, refractive index testing, sensory evaluation, moisture testing, and weight checks
  • Gas Chromatography (GC).
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards and lab safety requirements

Qualifications:

  • 1–3 years of quality control or lab technician experience
  • Strong documentation and attention to detail
  • Ability to wear a respirator
  • Weekend flexibility
