Nous recherchons un(e) infirmier(ere) ou infirmier(ere) Clinicien(ne) pour rejoindre notre equipe en Monteregie Ouest

Ce poste exige une attention particuliere aux details, ainsi qu'une capacite a gerer des situations complexes avec competence et compassion.

Mission :

  • Fournir des soins infirmiers de qualite aux patients.
  • Evaluer les besoins medicaux et emotionnels des patients.
  • Collaborer avec d'autres professionnels de la sante pour elaborer et mettre en uvre des plans de soins individualises.
  • Assurer la communication efficace avec les familles concernant l'etat de sante et les besoins des patients.
  • Participer a la gestion des cas pour assurer une continuite des soins, notamment dans les contextes de soins a domicile ou d'assistance a la vie autonome.

Exigences

  • Diplome DEC en sciences infirmieres et permis d'exercice valide.
  • Experience d'une annee minimum
  • Excellentes competences en communication interpersonnelle et capacite a travailler en equipe.
  • Capacite a gerer plusieurs taches tout en maintenant un haut niveau de soin aux patients.
