Job Summary
We are seeking a full-time QC Laboratory Technician to join our team. This role is responsible for performing laboratory testing on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products, as well as maintaining accurate documentation and supporting QC and Regulatory activities. Additional tasks may be assigned as needed.
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Operate, calibrate, clean, and maintain laboratory instruments and equipment
  • Perform testing on raw materials, in-process batches, and finished products
  • Conduct stability testing on finished products
  • Monitor production batches to ensure quality standards
  • Verify pre-weighed raw material quantities prior to batch manufacturing
  • Prepare and submit samples to third-party laboratories
  • Organize and maintain inventory for raw materials, finished product components, lab supplies, and warehouse supplies
  • Record test results, organize data, perform basic calculations, and prepare reports using standard procedures
  • Inspect equipment, documentation, and finished products before and after filling

Requirements and Qualifications
  • 1-2+ years of experience in an R&D, QC, or analytical laboratory
  • Familiarity with analytical techniques and instrumentation
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and procedural compliance
  • Excellent documentation and organizational skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Google Docs preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 20 lbs
