Job Title: QA/Lab Technician

Location: Shreveport, LA 71106

Duration: Approximately 4 weeks

Pay Rate: $20-22/hour (W2)

Schedule: Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Job Summary

We are seeking a QA/Lab Technician to support laboratory testing and quality assurance activities. This is a short-term opportunity to cover a leave of absence. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, has strong problem-solving skills, and is comfortable working in both laboratory and manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

  • Perform laboratory testing on materials and products using standard procedures.
  • Follow written instructions and laboratory protocols.
  • Maintain laboratory equipment and accurate test records.
  • Notify production and management of any quality issues or test failures.
  • Perform general laboratory housekeeping, including cleaning equipment, washing glassware, sweeping, mopping, and maintaining a clean work area.
  • Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
