What you'll do
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of QA Laboratory Technicians while fostering a culture of quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee day-to-day laboratory operations, including testing programs, laboratory methods, equipment reliability, and quality system compliance.
  • Ensure Compliance with GMP, Health Canada, customer, and internal quality standards across laboratory and manufacturing activities.
  • Manage laboratory equipment calibration, qualification, preventive maintenance, and vendor-supported service programs.
  • Serve as the site quality expert for product for product specifications, formulas, raw material standards, and controlled quality documentation.
  • Lead validation activities, annual product reviews, and stability programs to support product quality and regulatory compliance.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance laboratory efficiency, quality performance, and operational effectiveness.
What makes you a good fit
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Quality Assurance, or a related scientific field preferred.
  • 5+ years of Quality Assurance, Quality Control, or laboratory leadership experience within a regulated manufacturing environment.
  • Proven experience leading and developing teams while driving quality and compliance performance.
  • Strong knowledge of GMP regulations, quality systems, validation principes, and regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Experience managing laboratory equipment calibration, maintenance, and quality documentation systems.
  • Working knowledge of manufacturing operations, including blending, production, packaging, and warehousing processes.
  • Strong problem-solving and root cause investigation skills; SAP and ISO 9001/14001/45001/50000 experience are a plus.

The salary rangefor this role is $115,000.00. This range represents the good-faith minimumand maximum wages the Company reasonably expects to offer for this role at thetime of posting. In addition to base salary, this position may be eligiblefor incentive pay or other forms of compensation, as applicable. TheCompany also offers a comprehensive benefits package as described above. Actualcompensation will be based on factors such as the candidate's skills,experience, education, training, and work location.
