Job description

  • Assist Batch Approval and troubleshooting
  • Overview formulas prior to compound manufacturing commencement
  • Assist QA/QC Manager as needed
  • Laboratory equipment calibration
  • Utilize UHPLC, GC, FT-IR, etc. for analysis
  • Sample and analyze incoming raw materials to ensure the materials are met within specification
  • Maintain record samples of raw materials
  • Documentation control
  • Assist in Cleaning & sanitization requirements
  • Attribute testing frequencies
  • Maintain all batch representative samples of all the finished products
  • Submit batch representative samples and finished products for Micro testing in a timely manner, review reports upon arrival
  • Analyze finished products to ensure specification is up kept
  • Assist & recommend with sanitization inspections (in compounding area &

production line).
