  • Create Documentation: Generate Certificates of Analysis (COAs) and properly label finished goods and samples to meet identification and HAZCOM standards.
  • Support Product Development: Assist with testing related to new materials, methods, and instrumentation for APQP and development projects.
  • Drive Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance processes and participate in improvement initiatives.
  • Promote a Safe, Organized Lab: Maintain a clean, efficient work environment that supports good chemical hygiene and prevents contamination or safety issues.
  • Support Additional Tasks: Complete other duties as assigned by the Lab Supervisor or Contract Tolling Manager.
What We’re Looking For

  • Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently
  • Familiarity with instrumentation, calibration, or LIMS systems is a plus
  • Commitment to safety and continuous improvement
Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Hands-on, engaging work in a dynamic lab environment
  • Supportive team culture with ongoing learning opportunities
  • Competitive pay and benefits package
Requirements:
  • Associated Degree in Chemistry, Engineering, or related field with two years of lab experience or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred. (If you don't quite have this, still apply!)

  • Ability to learn operation of complicated laboratory equipment
  • Highly detail oriented with a critical degree of accuracy regarding visual and physical inspection of product.
  • Ability to concentrate and remain alert while working on highly repetitive tasks.
  • Self-starter and able to work independently with little supervision and ability to operate efficiently on a team.
