Job description

Key Activities and Accountabilities
Perform inspection (visual, dimensional, gauging and comparison as appropriate) on new manufactured, repaired and modified equipment and components pre, during and post qualification testing
Raise Non-conformance Reports against non-conforming equipment / components and manufacturing, repair, modification quality records
Work in accordance with Goods Inwards Quality Procedures
Ensure inspection measuring equipment is kept safe, clean, fit for purpose and in current calibration
Perform inspection surveys on returned operational equipment (Rosehill Resource and Customer owned)
Perform Quality Control checks to Operations Support processes at key stages (i.e. prior to final shipment, job card completion etc.,)
Perform Non Destructive Testing on components for certification purposes
Witness pressure testing of equipment for certification to ensure that the tests are conducted to the required standards

Job Knowledge and Qualifications
Experience in a similar role – inspection of mechanical components & assemblies
Trained and Experienced Internal Quality Auditor would be an advantage
Good knowledge of workshop procedures and practices
Knowledge of Risk Assessment/Job Card/Engineering Test Procedure compliance
Able to display quality control/certification techniques
Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook & Teams)
Ability to read and interpret drawings & technical documentation
