Job description

The Document Control Technician will be responsible for organizing, managing and maintaining company documentation. ย If you enjoy ensuring documents are accurate, accessible and compliant this may be the next opportunity you have been looking for! Responsibilities:

  • Compiling or pre-populating documents
  • Compiling final documents to be issued with the completed packages
  • Maintaining excel logs and scanning and filing all job-related documents, both PDF and hard copies
  • Plan, organize, schedule, and maintain the activities including inspections of products, supporting the needs of internal departments and customers
  • Prepare quality documentation packages; verify that all QC forms and quality records are completed and acceptable for Code and customer requirements
  • A hands-on approach, maintain close contact and cooperate with Operations Team
Requirements:

  • 2+ year's administrative experience in the Oil & Gas industry
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills
  • Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and a self-starter
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including strong skills in spreadsheet, data processing, and reporting metrics
