Responsibilities:
- Compiling or pre-populating documents
- Compiling final documents to be issued with the completed packages
- Maintaining excel logs and scanning and filing all job-related documents, both PDF and hard copies
- Plan, organize, schedule, and maintain the activities including inspections of products, supporting the needs of internal departments and customers
- Prepare quality documentation packages; verify that all QC forms and quality records are completed and acceptable for Code and customer requirements
- A hands-on approach, maintain close contact and cooperate with Operations Team
Requirements:
- 2+ year's administrative experience in the Oil & Gas industry
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills
- Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and a self-starter
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including strong skills in spreadsheet, data processing, and reporting metrics
