The Financial Quality Control Associate supports the Financial Quality Control and Procurement Manager by ensuring accuracy and efficiency across financial processes. This role requires a highly detail-oriented and organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, effectively manages multiple deadlines, and consistently upholds the highest standards of accuracy, professionalism, and confidentiality.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include:

  • Compile and enter production related data
  • Monitor timeliness and review accuracy of production data entry
  • Maintain proper documentation in all formats of recordkeeping
  • Ensure quality control over financial transactions
  • Support month-end and year-end close process
