Reporting to the Supervisor/Manager this position is responsible for coordinating and executing technical or engineering-support activities. The role requires high technical aptitude and problem-solving ability, and excellent teamwork skills to be successful.

• Applies technical knowledge to help promote a safe work environment and to enhance customer satisfaction.

- Collaborates in activities as a member of a multi-disciplinary team.
- May review and assist with technical documentation.
- Work planning, coordination, budgeting, and cost estimating.
- May assist in developing and updating single line diagrams, technical documentation, and equipment specifications for engineering review and approval.
- Supports material procurement.
- Conducts QA/QC, support closing gaps, and manage lessons learned.
- Provides technical support to field and construction groups.
- Utilizes and improve technical processes and standards.
- Provides reporting, including presentations to work groups and management.
- Position may be required to work extended hours including major storm restoration work and associated drills as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications
- BS in a technical field from ABET-accredited college.
- Five years of applicable technical experience or a combination of education and applicable technical experience. Master's degree counts as one year
- General knowledge and experience with regulations, guides, standards, codes, methods, and practices necessary to perform assignments for a specific discipline, various installations, or services
- Business knowledge in the utility & regulated environment.
- Proven experience applying sound judgment to make decisions.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship development skills.
