What youll do
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of QA Laboratory Technicians while fostering a culture of quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee day-to-day laboratory operations, including testing programs, laboratory methods, equipment reliability, and quality system compliance.
  • Ensure Compliance with GMP, Health Canada, customer, and internal quality standards across laboratory and manufacturing activities.
  • Manage laboratory equipment calibration, qualification, preventive maintenance, and vendor-supported service programs.
  • Serve as the site quality expert for product for product specifications, formulas, raw material standards, and controlled quality documentation.
  • Lead validation activities, annual product reviews, and stability programs to support product quality and regulatory compliance.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance laboratory efficiency, quality performance, and operational effectiveness.
