A Quality Assurance Contract is a formal agreement between a company and a service provider or contractor that outlines the standards and processes required to ensure products or services meet specific quality criteria. It typically details responsibilities, quality control measures, timelines, and compliance with industry regulations. This type of contract helps organizations maintain consistent quality, minimize defects, and protect their reputation.
