Location: In principle, in El Segundo 

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Upgrade service qualities and workforce efficiency for all Business Units in the United States, Canada & Europe.
  2. Implement enhancement process & professionalism of security & compliance, including service quality, efficiency upgrade, and industry capability certified (C-TPAT, ISF/NRA, TSA, EMCP, FCPA, FMC, AES, KSMS, FAA, etc.)
  3. Acting as an instructor to train business units' service quality seed members for future development needs
  4. Participate in system integration projects for both existing & potential multinational customer (MNC) accounts.
  5. Coordinate with the global sales & marketing team to maintain current MNC customers' business as well as fulfill the KPI compliance.
  6. Assesses business needs; identifies current and future needs for the customers
  7. Conduct customer analysis using common courses of information to identify customer facts and trends to propose improvement solutions

Requirement:

  1. Proven ability to assess and anticipate both current and future customer needs.
  2. Experience in conducting customer analysis and recommending enhanced or upgraded solutions.
  3. Solid knowledge of international freight forwarding operations.
  4. Strong understanding of legal, regulatory, and compliance frameworks.
  5. Demonstrated success in identifying and resolving customer pain points.
