Job description

Certified Contractor Role
Initio Sphere — Private Capital Ecosystem
https://initiosphere.org

Compensation:
Deal-based earnings + performance bonuses
(Typically $1,000–$10,000+ per validated transaction, depending on deal size and advisory scope)

About Initio Sphere

Initio Sphere is a private capital ecosystem where capital meets talent. We connect fund managers, investors, and operators with high-quality deal flow, analyst support, and institutional infrastructure across the private markets.
Our platform is designed for professionals who want real exposure, real upside, and real credibility—not job boards, not spreadsheets, and not unpaid sourcing.

Role Overview

Initio Sphere is onboarding Deal Quality Advisors to provide independent evaluation and guidance on private capital opportunities before they are introduced to our investor and fund manager network.
This is not an employment role. Advisors operate as independent contractors, activated through a verification and approval process.

Once approved, Deal Quality Advisors:

  • Assess the quality, structure, and credibility of investment opportunities

  • Provide guidance to Deal Scouts and analysts to improve deal presentation

  • Identify potential risk factors and highlight key considerations for investors

  • Earn transaction-based compensation for deals reviewed and approved that successfully close

  • Build a verified track record as a trusted quality and advisory professional within the Initio Sphere ecosystem

This role is ideal for professionals with deep transaction experience, advisory expertise, or strong deal evaluation skills, including operators, brokers, intermediaries, and experienced financial advisors.

What You’ll Do (Approval-Based)

Approved Deal Quality Advisors may:

  • Evaluate proprietary or semi-proprietary investment opportunities for structure, economics, and credibility

  • Advise Deal Scouts on improving deal presentation and documentation

  • Highlight key risk factors and strategic considerations to investors and sponsors

  • Certify deals for quality before introduction to capital partners

  • Support the early diligence handoff while analysts handle modeling

Deal Quality Advisors are not responsible for underwriting, capital raising, or providing investment advice.

Eligible Deal Types

Based on approval, Advisors may assess opportunities across:

  • Commercial real estate (multifamily, industrial, retail, mixed-use)

  • Private equity and growth equity transactions

  • Operating businesses and special situations

  • Structured or opportunistic investments

Deal categories are approved based on prior experience, sourcing credibility, and advisory expertise.

Compensation & Economics

Deal Quality Advisors earn success-based compensation only:

  • Typical earnings range from $1,000 to $10,000+ per closed transaction reviewed or advised on

  • Compensation is paid upon successful transaction close and fee collection

  • Exact economics vary by deal size, structure, and Advisor role

  • No caps on earnings for consistently high-quality advisory work

How Advisors Get Activated
  1. Submit a Deal Quality Advisor application and professional background

  2. Complete verification and category approval

  3. Get activated within the Initio Sphere platform

  4. Begin reviewing and advising on qualified deals

All deals are introduced through curated, platform-driven channels—no blind submissions.

Compliance Notice

Deal Quality Advisors do not:

  • Provide investment advice

  • Solicit securities

  • Market investments to the general public

  • Represent Initio Sphere in a regulated capacity

All activity is limited to deal evaluation, quality certification, and advisory guidance, fully compliant with applicable securities laws.

Who This Role Is For
  • Operators with direct exposure to real transactions

  • Brokers and intermediaries with proprietary deal flow

  • Advisors, consultants, or professionals with deal evaluation expertise

  • Networked professionals who consistently identify high-quality opportunities

Why Join Initio Sphere
  • Monetize your deal advisory and quality expertise without building a fund

  • Earn on transactions without underwriting or capital risk

  • Work directly with credible capital allocators

  • Build a verified track record of quality assurance and deal credibility

  • One ecosystem for sourcing, credibility, and upside
