General Summary:
Qualcomm is building an Integrated Marketing function to orchestrate brand and demand efforts across its product portfolios. The Senior Manager, Integrated Marketing - Qualcomm is an individual contributor role with a defined growth path toward people management. This person will own integrated marketing strategy and execution for the Qualcomm brand and in particular our Technology pillars including 6G and AI. They will be working closely with the Director of Integrated Marketing on large-scale decisions, cross-team priorities, and operating model alignment.
This is a practitioner role. You will be embedded in the day-to-day of two BU pillars partnering directly with Product Marketing, managing campaign programs, and ensuring launches are executed with discipline and impact across a tiered activation model (Full, Advisory, and Self-Serve).

Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience.
OR
Associate's degree or equivalent degree and 6+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience.
OR
High school Diploma or equivalent and 8+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience.
*Completed advanced degrees in a relevant field may be substituted for up to two years (Master's = one year, Doctorate = two years) of work experience.
Key Requirements:
Qualcomm Integrated Marketing Lead
  • Own the integrated marketing strategy and execution plan for the Qualcomm brand portfolio

  • Partner with BU PMMs to triage launch requests, assign activation tiers, and develop integrated briefs

  • Lead full-funnel campaign architecture for Tier 1 and Tier 2 launches, from platform strategy through channel activation

  • Manage always-on programs, seasonal campaign calendars, and spot/reactive activation across both pillars

  • Represent each BU at relevant industry events and support Qualcomm-owned event strategy for the portfolios

Cross-Functional Partnership
  • Work closely with the Director of Integrated Marketing on large decisions, resource prioritization, and escalations

  • Maintain a strong working relationship with PMMs across both pillars, applying the IM/PMM operating model consistently

  • Collaborate with channel, creative, and brand teams to bring campaigns to market efficiently

  • Represent Qualcomm at flagship industry events (MWC, CES, Computex) and own Qualcomm-led event strategy for the portfolio

Performance & Measurement
  • Define success metrics for all IM-led programs, from awareness through pipeline contribution

  • Provide regular performance updates to the Director and PMM stakeholders

  • Apply performance data to improve future campaign planning and capacity decisions

Preferred Qualifications
  • 8+ years of integrated or brand marketing experience

  • Demonstrated experience owning full-funnel marketing programs across paid, earned, and owned channels

  • Strong fluency in campaign architecture from brand strategy through channel activation and measurement

  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a matrixed environment

  • Comfortable operating autonomously while maintaining alignment with a senior leader on key decisions

  • Experience in marketing semiconductor, platform, or technology brands (B2B2C or B2B)

  • Demonstrates strong AI fluency, with the ability to apply generative AI and automation tools to improve marketing effectiveness, speed, and scale

  • Familiarity with tiered launch or campaign frameworks and IM operating models

  • Interest in and readiness for a future people management role

Pay range and Other Compensation & Benefits:
$158,800.00 - $238,200.00
The above pay scale reflects the broad, minimum to maximum, pay scale for this job code for the location for which it has been posted. Even more importantly, please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Qualcomm. We also offer a competitive annual discretionary bonus program and opportunity for annual RSU grants (employees on sales-incentive plans are not eligible for our annual bonus).
