Job Summary:
Quadrant, Inc. is seeking an IT Specialist Tier III to provide IT support for a DoD client. The role involves managing local and national networks, ensuring system security, and delivering excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
• Will be working on a small team providing overall Tier II and Tier III IT support for DoD Client
• Will be a part of a team in charge of the Local Area Network as well as responsible for providing support to a national network for the DoD
• Will be expected to provide professional customer service for DoD client
• Handle a wide array of tasks from basic imaging and set up, user access, systems and network security and troubleshooting
• Efficiently manage tasks, prioritize projects, and allocate resources to ensure smooth operations
• Regularly assess progress, identify bottlenecks, and adjust strategies as needed.
• Keep stakeholders informed about project status, risks, and achievements
• Have the ability to step in as a lead or main point of contact from time to time
Qualifications:
Required:
• Experience It Support Specialist Tier III
• Active DoD Secret clearance (interim Secret is ok)
• 6+ years of overall IT experience
• 3+ years of experience managing and maintaining in Window Systems and related networks
• Hands on experience with Windows Server and PowerShell scripting
• Experience with security components to include Patching, Stinging, and firewall management
• Ability to support both Windows and Apple operating systems
• Experience with Active Directory
• Provide imaging computers/server/tablets | IN place upgrades
• Excellent communications both written and verbal skills
• High attention to detail and strong problem solving skills
• Excellent custom service and people skills
• Active Security+CE
