Summary:
Quadax, an award-winning leader in healthcare revenue cycle technology, is seeking a Product Operations Manager to build and run the operating system of Product Management. In this role, you will standardize and manage the processes, tooling, and rhythms that power our product lifecycle-intake, planning, release readiness, metrics, and cross-functional coordination-so Product Managers can focus on customer problems, strategy, and outcomes. You will partner with product, application development, client success, compliance, security, and sales to deliver operational excellence that improves velocity, quality, and transparency across our portfolio. This role is designed to support product delivery to enable defined outcomes. Local candidates preferred. Visa sponsorship not available.

Responsibilities:
  • Establish and continuously improve Quadax's product operating model spanning intake โ†’ prioritization โ†’ planning โ†’ execution โ†’ release โ†’ post-launch review.
  • Own portfolio reporting and KPI instrumentation; support definition of success metrics, standardize reporting, and drive data-driven decisions.
  • Run centralized demand/intake and triage where appropriate, standardize request templates, facilitate prioritization forums, and communicate decisions.
  • Support release management and launch readiness processes (UAT orchestration, checklists, runbooks).
  • Define and maintain processes for implementation and support, ensuring smooth transitions to Operational teams.
  • Administer and optimize Product tools and drive backlog hygiene, acceptance criteria standards, and artifact quality.
  • Facilitate portfolio reviews, highlight risks/interdependencies, and proactively unblock execution.
  • Partner with Compliance/Security to embed regulatory requirements such as HIPAA into operating procedures.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing and Sales on launch plans, enablement, and client communication.
  • Drive continuous improvement through retrospectives, best practice pilots, and operational coaching.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree a plus.
  • 5+ years in Product Operations, Program/Project Management, or Product Management within SaaS or healthcare environments.
  • Demonstrated success with intake systems, portfolio dashboards, and cross-functional release processes.
  • Proficiency with product/work management tooling and strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills with ability to influence across teams.
  • Knowledge of data privacy and healthcare compliance practices such as HIPAA.
  • Travel <5% typical.
  • Comfortable speaking in public to small and large groups
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to set and follow priorities and effective time management
