We are a small, passionate team that genuinely cares about our patients and each other.

The Role

We are looking for a licensed Medical Assistant to join our clinical team. This is a hands-on, patient-facing role where you'll work directly alongside our CRNA and NP providers to deliver exceptional care. If you're comfortable with IVs, passionate about mental health and wellness, and want to work somewhere that actually makes a difference — we want to hear from you.

Schedule: 32–40 hours per week
Employment Type: Full-Time W2 | Benefit Eligible

What You'll Do

  • Room patients and obtain vital signs
  • Start and maintain peripheral IVs
  • Administer injections (IM, SubQ) as directed
  • Assist providers during ketamine infusions, Spravato®, and nitrous oxide treatments
  • Monitor patients during treatments and report any changes to the provider
  • Clean and restock treatment rooms between patients
  • Support clinical operations and assist with supply inventory
  • Maintain strict HIPAA confidentiality at all times

What We're Looking For

  • Active Iowa CMA or RMA license — required
  • Current BLS/CPR certification — required
  • Demonstrated IV start competency
  • Experience with injection administration
  • Comfortable working with mental health patient populations
  • Detail-oriented, calm under pressure, and genuinely compassionate

Preferred: experience in an infusion, anesthesia, or IV therapy setting

What We Offer

  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • 401(k) with employer matching
  • Disability insurance
  • Paid Time Off (PTO)
  • 50% off all clinic services for employees
  • A supportive, mission-driven team environment
