Job description

A Field Sales Team Lead in merchant onboarding and fintech (QR sales) is responsible for leading a team of 12 - 15 sales executives to acquire new merchants and drive adoption of digital payment solutions. They oversee daily field operations, set sales targets, monitor team performance, and ensure successful onboarding of merchants for QR-based payment systems. The role also involves coaching team members, resolving on-ground challenges, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring consistent achievement of revenue and activation goals.
